• 1.1 RB (Health) Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("RBH") is the organizer of the MR DIY Exclusive Contest Buy & Win - Aug - Sep 2026 ("Contest").
• 1.2 The Contest runs from 1 August 2026, 00:00 hrs - 30 September 2026, 23:59 hrs ("Contest Period").
• 1.3 RBH reserves the right to modify the Contest Period at any time without prior notice.

• 2.1 The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above.
• 2.2 The following individuals are not eligible: employees, directors, agents, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies of RBH, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, parents-in-law, siblings, and children).
• 2.3 RBH reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time.

• 3.1 To participate, eligible participants must, during the Contest Period:
  3.1.1 Purchase Requirement
  Purchase RM25 and above worth of Dettol, Harpic, and/or Vanish products in one (1) single receipt ("Proof of Purchase") from any participating offline store in Malaysia.
  3.1.2 Submission Requirement

  • Submit via WhatsApp to +6010-9388632:
    • a clear photo of the original receipt,
    • full name (as per NRIC), and
    • NRIC number.
  • Participants must retain the original physical receipt for verification if selected as a winner.
• 3.2 Each submission must be supported by a valid Proof of Purchase. Screenshots of online receipts with proper item descriptions are acceptable.
• 3.3 RBH reserves the absolute right to reject any submission that is duplicated, unclear, altered, incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious in any way.
• 3.4 Participants may submit multiple entries but may only win once unless stated otherwise.

• 4.1 Submissions are made through WhatsApp, a third-party platform not controlled by RBH.
• 4.2 Participants submit information at their own risk.
• 4.3 RBH shall not be liable for:
  • transmission errors,
  • data loss,
  • unauthorized access, or
  • technical issues relating to WhatsApp or telecommunication networks.

• 5.1 Contest Prizes:
  • Grand Prize x 3 Winners: Modenas KRISS 110 RM4,998
  • 1st Prize x 6 Winners: RM500 HABIB e-Gift Card
  • 2nd Prize x 60 Winners: RM100 Touch 'n Go reload PIN
• 5.2 RBH may substitute any prize with another of similar value without notice.
• 5.3 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• 5.4 Prizes are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind.
• 5.5 RBH makes no representation regarding the merchantability, quality, or suitability of the prizes.

• 6.1 RBH will determine the arrangement for prize delivery or collection.
• 6.2 Participants must provide accurate contact information.
• 6.3 Risk of loss, damage, theft, or misuse of prizes transfers to the winner upon delivery/dispatch, including digital vouchers.
• 6.4 RBH is not responsible for:
  • prizes lost in transit,
  • delayed delivery,
  • expired vouchers, or
  • issues arising from third-party providers (e.g., Uniqlo, Touch 'n Go).
  All such issues must be directed to the relevant provider.

• 7.1 Winners will be selected via a computerized random draw or such method as determined by RBH in its sole discretion.
• 7.2 RBH will attempt to contact winners via WhatsApp or phone up to three (3) times within 72 hours.
• 7.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide required verification, RBH may:
  • forfeit the prize, and
  • select an alternate winner.
• 7.4 RBH's decision on all matters relating to the Contest is final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

• 8.1 RBH reserves the right to require participants to provide:
  • original receipts,
  • NRIC or relevant ID,
  • additional documentation for verification.
• 8.2 RBH may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any participant for:
  • tampering with submission processes,
  • submitting fraudulent receipts,
  • providing false information,
  • abusing Contest mechanics, or
  • violating these Terms & Conditions.
• 8.3 RBH may reject or cancel any entry at any time and for any reason, even after a participant has been notified of a provisional win.
• 8.4 Each receipt is eligible for submission under only one (1) campaign at any given time. In cases where the same receipt is submitted for multiple active or overlapping campaigns, the Organizer reserves the right to approve the receipt for only one (1) campaign. Submissions of the same receipt to other campaigns will be automatically disqualified and rejected without prior notice.

• 9.1 By participating, participants grant RBH a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use their name, image, photograph, voice, statements, and submissions in any media for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes, without further compensation.
• 9.2 Participants waive any moral rights over such materials.

• 10.1 RBH collects personal data for the purpose of administering the Contest.
• 10.2 Data may be shared with agents, service providers, prize suppliers, and government authorities within or outside Malaysia.
• 10.3 Data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
• 10.4 Participants may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent by contacting RBH.
• 10.5 All submissions become the property of RBH.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RBH shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or in connection with:

• participation in the Contest,
• technical failures,
• theft or unauthorized access,
• third-party errors,
• prize usage or defects,
• cancellation or changes to the Contest.

RBH may, at any time and without prior notice:

• amend, add to, or modify these Terms & Conditions,
• cancel, suspend, or terminate the Contest,
• vary the mechanics or prizes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.

• 14.1 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• 14.2 RBH's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its rights.
