HOW DOES IT WORK?

With regular daily use of LIVEUP Sports Foot Hot and Cold Therapy Roller, you will feel its effects. Its special surface will release soft-tissue adhesions, wake up sensory receptors, relieve tension, and stimulate blood circulation.

COLD THERAPY
- Place the Roller in the freezer for 4-6 hours to freeze the gel
- The roller will stay cold for 15-20 minutes
- Refreeze as required

HOT THERAPY
- Place the Roller in 120° C (very hot) tap water for 10 minutes
- Test that the temperature is comfortable against the skin before use
- Roller stays heated for up to 10-15 minutes

INSTRUCTION TO USE
All exercises are best done seated. Start gently, then increase pressure to a comfortable level to maximize effect
1) Whole Foot massage: gently roll the full length of the foot, from heel to toes. Ideal for general aches
2) Arch massage: gently roll in the arch area, from heel to below toes. This is most effective for Plantar Fasciitis/Heel Spur
3) Forefoot or Toe massage: gently roll across the forefoot and or toes to alleviate affected areas

CARE OF ROLLER
- Do not stand with full weight on the Roller when using
- Dry Roller with a towel after use
- Check for any breaks or tears to the seams
- The Roller should not be used on sharp or abrasive surfaces or direct heat and excessive sunlight
- Do not heat in the microwave, conventional oven, stove tops, or boiling water. Overheating will cause burns to the skin or damage the seals of the Roller.
