TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in this Promotion, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Organizer and Promotion Period

1.1 RB (Health) Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("RBH") is the organizer of the Dettol Multi Purpose Disinfectant TnG Redemption 2026 ("Promotion").

1.2 The Promotion runs from 15 October 2026, 00:00 hrs – 14 December 2026, 23:59 hrs ("Promotion Period").

1.3 The Promotion is available exclusively at participating MR DIY stores in Malaysia, at selected stores only and while stocks last.

1.4 RBH reserves the right to modify the Promotion Period at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above.

2.2 The following individuals are not eligible: employees, directors, agents, distributors, retailers, advertising agencies of RBH, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, parents-in-law, siblings, and children).

2.3 RBH reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time.

3. Participation and Redemption Method

3.1 To redeem, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:

3.1.1 Purchase Requirement

● Purchase any one (1) unit of Dettol Multi Purpose Disinfectant Liquid 1L (any variant) in one (1) single receipt ("Proof of Purchase") from any participating MR DIY offline or official online store in Malaysia. For online purchases, the tax invoice or order confirmation bearing the qualifying item(s) shall constitute a valid Proof of Purchase.

3.1.2 Redemption Requirement

● For in-store purchases, scan the QR code displayed at the point of sale. For online purchases, use the QR code or link provided on the official MR DIY online store or app. In both cases, submit via WhatsApp to +6014-6538758:

○ a clear photo of the original receipt,

○ full name (as per NRIC), and

○ NRIC number.

● Participants must retain the original receipt (physical receipt for in-store purchases, or the tax invoice / order confirmation for online purchases) for verification.

3.1.3 Online Stores

● Official online stores include (non-exhaustive): the official MR DIY online store (https://mrdiy.com.my) or app.

3.2 Each qualifying unit of Dettol Multi Purpose Disinfectant Liquid 1L purchased entitles the participant to one (1) Redemption Gift, up to a maximum of three (3) Redemption Gifts per single receipt. The Promotion is limited to a total of two thousand (2,000) Redemption Gifts for the entire campaign, awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

3.3 Each submission must be supported by a valid Proof of Purchase. Screenshots of online receipts with proper item descriptions are acceptable.

3.4 RBH reserves the absolute right to reject any submission that is duplicated, unclear, altered, incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious in any way.

4. WhatsApp / QR Submission Disclaimer

4.1 Submissions are made through WhatsApp and/or a QR-linked platform, third-party platforms not controlled by RBH.

4.2 Participants submit information at their own risk.

4.3 RBH shall not be liable for:

● transmission errors,

● data loss,

● unauthorized access, or

● technical issues relating to WhatsApp, the QR platform, or telecommunication networks.

5. Redemption Gift

5.1 The Redemption Gift is a RM8 Touch 'n Go (TnG) eWallet e-Voucher for each qualifying receipt.

5.2 RBH may substitute the gift with another of similar value without notice.

5.3 The gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5.4 The gift is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind.

5.5 RBH makes no representation regarding the merchantability, quality, or suitability of the gift.

6. Redemption Delivery and Ownership

6.1 RBH will determine the arrangement for delivery of the Redemption Gift.

6.2 Participants must provide accurate contact information.

6.3 Risk of loss, damage, theft, or misuse transfers to the participant upon delivery/dispatch, including digital vouchers.

6.4 RBH is not responsible for:

● gifts lost in transit,

● delayed delivery,

● expired vouchers, or

● issues arising from third-party providers (e.g., MR DIY, Touch 'n Go).

All such issues must be directed to the relevant provider.

7. Verification, Fraud Control & Disqualification

7.1 RBH reserves the right to require participants to provide:

● original receipts,

● NRIC or relevant ID,

● additional documentation for verification.

7.2 RBH may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any participant for:

● tampering with submission processes,

● submitting fraudulent receipts,

● providing false information,

● abusing Promotion mechanics, or

● violating these Terms & Conditions.

7.3 RBH may reject or cancel any redemption at any time and for any reason, even after a participant has been notified of a provisional redemption.

7.4 Each receipt is eligible for submission under only one (1) campaign at any given time. In cases where the same receipt is submitted for multiple active or overlapping campaigns, the Organizer reserves the right to approve the receipt for only one (1) campaign. Submissions of the same receipt to other campaigns will be automatically disqualified and rejected without prior notice. No receipt may be used to claim benefits under more than one campaign.

8. Publicity and Usage Rights

8.1 By participating, participants grant RBH a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use their:

● name,

● image,

● photograph,

● voice,

● statements,

● submissions,

in any media for advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes, without further compensation.

8.2 Participants waive any moral rights over such materials.

9. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

9.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to RBH, its affiliates, representatives, agents, service providers and authorised third parties collecting, using, disclosing, processing and transferring their personal data for purposes relating to the administration and operation of the Promotion, including participant verification, redemption processing, gift fulfilment, publicity activities, compliance with legal obligations, and handling enquiries or disputes.

9.2 Personal data collected may include, without limitation name, NRIC/passport number, telephone number, email address, photographs, images, proof of purchase, receipt details and any other information submitted in connection with the Promotion.

9.3 Personal data may be disclosed to and processed by RBH's affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, fulfilment vendors, gift suppliers, technology and data-hosting providers, professional advisers, regulatory authorities, or other third parties engaged by RBH for the purposes stated above, whether within or outside Malaysia.

9.4 Where personal data is transferred outside Malaysia, RBH will take reasonable steps to ensure that such personal data receives a level of protection substantially similar to that required under applicable Malaysian data protection laws.

9.5 Participants are responsible for ensuring that all personal data provided is accurate, complete and up to date. Failure to provide required personal data may result in a participant being unable to participate in the Promotion, be contacted, or receive any gift.

9.6 Participants may request access to, correction of, or limitation of the processing of their personal data, or withdraw consent (where applicable), by contacting RBH through the contact details set out in these Terms and Conditions. Withdrawal of consent may affect RBH's ability to administer the participant's participation in the Promotion or fulfil any gift entitlement.

9.7 Personal data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described above or as required by applicable laws, after which such data may be deleted, anonymised, or securely destroyed.

9.8 By participating in the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood RBH's Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, RBH shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or in connection with:

● participation in the Promotion,

● technical failures,

● theft or unauthorized access,

● third-party errors,

● gift usage or defects,

● cancellation or changes to the Promotion.

10.2 The participating retailer, MR DIY, and their respective related and affiliated companies, shall not be responsible or liable for any costs, expenses, claims, actions, demands, losses, or damage suffered or incurred by RBH or any participant arising from or in connection with the Promotion. All matters relating to the Promotion, including the provision and delivery of the Redemption Gift, are the sole responsibility of RBH as Organizer.

11. Promotion Modifications

RBH may, at any time and without prior notice:

● amend, add to, or modify these Terms & Conditions,

● cancel, suspend, or terminate the Promotion,

● vary the mechanics or gift.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.

13. Severability and Non-Waiver

13.1 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

13.2 RBH's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its rights.
