TERMS & CONDITIONS

By taking part in this campaign, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below and decisions of the Organizer without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the Organizer shall be final and conclusive.

ORGANIZER

1. This Contest is organized by MR. D.I.Y. ECommerce (M) Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”)
2. Snap, Like & Win contest (“the Contest”) will run from 12:00:00 PM on 6th June 2023 to 00:00:00 AM on 1st July 2023 (“Contest Period’). All entries received after the Contest Period will not be entertained. The Organizer reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary, postpone, reschedule and/or extend the Contest Period and/or cancel/terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
3. The winner will be announced on 10th  July 2023. The winner will be notified via Social Media/Email/Direct Message/WhatsApp message and/or Phone Call.

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

1. This Contest is open to all Malaysia Citizens Customers who are 18 years of age and above are eligible to participate in the contest.
2. Shareholders, directors, officers, employees of the Organizer including their associated/affiliated companies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and/or representatives, employees and/or servants of any agencies of the Organizer and immediate families are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO TAKE PART

1. Take a creative selfie/ wefie or photo at any MR.DIY Online Showcase Event Booth at Mid Valley between 12:00:00 PM  6th June 2023- 10:00:00 PM 18th June 2023.
2. Post the photo on your Facebook/Instagram Timeline with hashtag #BeliOnlineMRDIY.
3. Submit application by filling out the Entry Form in the link here.
4. Ensure your Facebook/Instagram account is public.
5. Post with the highest “(Likes/ Emoji Reacts)” will be the winner.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

1. The participant will conform with the applicable social media platform’s terms and conditions.
2. Contents of entries must not have any:
   a)  Offensive to the public e.g racism, political, religious, violence, foul language, illegal activities.
   b)  Obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, discriminatory and defamatory.
   c)  Illegal or authorized copy of another person’s work/property.
   d)  Include any private information other than the name, social media ID of the person tagged such as address, phone number, email address, and other personal data.
   e)  In breach of any current laws.
3. Incomplete, inaccurate and/or incorrect details will be disqualified.
4. Late and invalid entries will not be eligible. No appeals will be entertained.
5. Single entry are possible. No repetition, spamming nor any kind of misconduct act or the panel shall forfeit, deny and terminate the particular entrant while submission will be declined immediately.

CONTEST DURATION

1. Event Timeline: 6th June - 18th June 2023.
2. Contest Period: 6th June 2023 (12:00:00 PM) - 1st July 2023 (00:00:00 AM)
3. Winner Announcement: 10th July 2023

Entry Form must be received latest by 30th June 2023 11:59 PM, the closing date of the competition. Organizers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of Participants. The Organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Contest at any time prior to the expiry of the Contest Period without giving any prior notice and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.

SELECTION OF WINNER

1. Contest winner is selected based on the highest “LIKES/ EMOJI REACTS” post. Winner will be chosen by the panel designated by the Organizer on the merits of each entry. All decisions made by the judging panel of the Organizer are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.
2. Organizers will attempt to contact the selected winners via Facebook/Instagram messaging/mobile phone contact/ email. If a selected winner cannot be contacted after one day, or is contacted but deemed to be ineligible MR.DIY sole discretion, or is unable or unwilling to comply with these rules, that selected entrant will be disqualified and another entry will be drawn. This process may be repeated until an entrant has been declared the winner. The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event the winner cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. The Organizer shall have absolute discretion and reserves the right to select an alternate winner who will be subject to the same rules.
3. Only 1 Winner entitles the prize.The Organizer shall notify the winner no later than 5 working days from the end of the Contest Period and the Organizer shall announce and publish the name of the winner on their Facebook/Instagram Page.
4. All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to the Contest including but not limited to the shortlisting, selection of winners and forfeiture of the Prizes is final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.

PRIZE

1. The prize for this contest is:
   a)  Grand Prize - 1 unit x BESTWAY Bouncejam Bouncer (Worth RM600)
2. Unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions herein, no substitution or replacement of, or modification to the Prizes requested by the Winner will be permitted.
3. Prize is not exchangeable and/or transferable or redeemable for cash. Any portion of the prize that is unused is forfeited.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prize offered in this Contest with a similar valued price with the prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.

THE PRIZE REDEMPTION ( DELIVERY)

1. Winner is required to redeem his/her Prize within 30-days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture and no refund will be given for any unclaimed prizes. A replacement winner will be selected at the absolute discretion of the Organizer.
2. In the event that the Organizer is required to post/courier a prize to the winner, the Organizer will not be held liable for non-receipt of prize or damages caused during the delivery process. No requests for replacement and/or exchange of prizes will be entertained. Winner is required to notify the Organizer after receiving the prize.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names, photos, videos, images or/and other entry information of all participants for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. The Organizer further reserves the rights to use any personal data of participants in any manner and/or for any purpose it deems fit and participants are deemed to consent to such use without monetary payment and compensation. Participants shall do all things necessary to give effect to this if requested by the Organizer.

GENERAL TERMS

1. By participating in this Contest, the Customers agree to release the Organizer, employees, directors, officers, agents, affiliates, parent and subsidiaries from any liability, losses, damages rights, injuries and any kind of claims in connection with the Contest and actions resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, or any Prize-related activities taking into account, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage and any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
2. Participation in the Contest constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to the acceptance of all terms and conditions including any revisions/amendments/decisions made by the Organizer at their absolute discretion without any prior notice.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Organizer offers no warranty or representation whatsoever, express, implied or statutory, in relation to the Contest, the Prize including, but without limitation, the merchantable quality and fitness for purposes in respect of the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer is the sole party responsible for the Prize, organizing, and implementation of the Contest. Any queries relating to the Contest should be made directly to the Organizer.
4. The Organizer shall be entitled to amend, vary, delete or add to any of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or substitute or replace the Prize offered in this Contest with a similar valued prize and/or to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Customers as a result of the above. The Customers are advised to periodically check for updates of this Contest’s Terms and Conditions at the Organizer.
5. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet and/or other technical issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
6. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
7. The Organizer retains the right to forfeit the selected winners if any breach of the Terms and Conditions is found. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify counterfeit entries or entries suspected of being counterfeit at any time.
8. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel this contest at any stage, if deemed necessary, and/or if any circumstance beyond its control arises.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or award the prize(s) to the winner(s) and companion(s) is/are found to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs of any kind, behave(s) in an offensive, uncontrollable, disorderly manner that may tarnish the name or the products/services of the Organizer in the Contest.
10. The Organizer will not be liable for taxes, if any, on the prize(s) and will be the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
11. All photos, drawings, texts, and any other content or information submitted by entrants to MR.DIY, shall become the sole and exclusive property of MR.DIY, and MR.DIY shall have no obligation to preserve, return, or otherwise make available to the entrants or others any materials. MR.DIY may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created—throughout the world and for any purpose—without compensation to owner, producer, and entrants of any kind.
12. The Organizer’s decision is final. Complaints and inquiries will not be entertained.
13. All decisions made in relation to the Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding.
14. In the event of a conflict in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and any translation of it in any language, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
15. The terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of Malaysia and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.

PRIVACY NOTICE

By participating in the Contest, the Customers give their consent to and authorize the Organizer to collect, store, use, process their names, masked Identification Numbers (IC) and other particulars (“Personal Data”) for the purpose of running the Contest, including but not limited to announcing and publishing Personal Data and/or photos of the Customers at the Organizer’ website for advertising, publicity purposes and in any manner it deems fit with no compensation.
