Due to high demand, some of the items on our website sell out very fast! However, it is worth to check our website from time to time as it is regularly updated. Alternatively, you can subscribe to back in stock notification by filling up your email in the box and click 'subscribe' for out of stock item. You will be notified once the item is available.

Not all our products at the outlet are available for online purchase. However, we are continually adding more products to our website that can be brought online. Stay tuned!

We have different promotion between our online store & retail store from time to time, but we always encourage customers to purchase online with discount offers and vouchers as the price may vary due to shipping costs and handling fees.

The online voucher is non-exchangeable & cannot be use at MR. DIY stores.

The refunded amount from RMA application will be pro-rated based on the voucher amount. If the refund is approved, the shipping fee and voucher amount will be deducted from the total refund amount. This applies to all products including bundled or promotional items. All voucher codes are non-refundable.

We are regret to inform that we do not refund voucher amount that has been used.

As the voucher code is a unique code, it cannot be regenerated regardless of the payment status (successful/failed). If your order is canceled upon placing the order, this means the payment has failed.

There are several reasons such as:

  • You have not logged in to your account.
    Do ensure to register an account and log in before applying the voucher code.
  • The voucher code has expired.
    The voucher code must be used before the stated expiration date.
  • Incorrect voucher code.
    Check the spacing (usually not allowed), character errors, spelling mistakes, case-sensitive such as upper-case and lower-case usage, and mixing up of the numbers and letters (such as 0/1 become O/I).
  • Basket amount less than minimum spending.
    Check the minimum spending in the voucher code terms and conditions before applying the voucher code.
  • The voucher code has been used.
    The voucher codes are unique codes that can only be used once in a single transaction regardless of the payment status (successful/failed). They cannot be regenerated once it has been used.
  • Meet the voucher code term and condition requirement.
    The voucher code may carry distinctive terms of use which can be seen in its term and conditions.

    - If you have made a purchase, you can easily ascertain the status of your order and review the order dates and order numbers for items you've previously bought.
  • Faster Checkout
    - You can securely store an unlimited number of billing and shipping information, making them readily accessible for easy checkout.
  • News and Exclusive Offers
    - Be the first to know any special promotions, sales alerts, new product announcements, and updates by signing up the newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email we've sent you.
  • Customer Reviews
    - Share your thought about your purchase. Write in one-to-five stars rating and write a review.
  • Wishlists & Registries
    - Keep a running list of your favorite items and planned purchases.

Editing your personal info and password:

  • Select Account.
  • Select Contact Information.
  • Click Edit to edit your personal info, or Password to change your password.

Changing or removing addresses:

  • Select Account.
  • At Address Book, you may change the default billing or shipping address by clicking on the Edit Address.
  • If you wish to add more addresses, select Manage Address and Add New Address.

  • On your desktop, click on 'Account Sign In' located at your top right side.
  • Then, a pop up panel displayed on your right side.
  • Fill-in your email and password. Hit 'Login' button.

Click unsubscribe button at the bottom of any newsletter or email you received from us, alternatively please contact us HERE or click the CHAT button to reach us and we can remove your information from our database completely.

MR.DIY Online Experience

As simple as 3-steps, you can make your purchase in a very convenient way:

  1. Login
  2. Add to Cart
  3. Checkout
    1. Log in to your account at MR. DIY website.
    2. From MR.DIY Website homepage, you can use the search bar to find the product that you are looking for. A preview search will appear based on the keyword that you have inserted in the search bar. You can either click on the product to view the product description and images. You can also click the 'add to cart' button at the preview search without view the product details. Please take note that the button will direct you to the product details if there are size or color selections.
    3. Once the product is added, it will appear in the ‘Cart’. You can click ‘View Cart’ to check the product list details to add more quantity or remove the selected product from the list.
    4. Kindly ensure to update your billing address by click on 'Account' > 'Address Book' > 'Edit Address' > Fill the contact information and address > 'Save Address'.
    5. After you click on 'Checkout', you are able to choose either to self-collect at MR. DIY outlet or deliver to your home address. If you want to collect your order in-store for free, click on 'Yes'. Otherwise, click 'No' for home/office delivery.
      Then, please ensure the delivery/self-pick-up address.
      On this page, you can see the Shipping Method where the shipping charge will be displayed depending on the volumetric weight of your parcel and free shipping promotion entitlement.
      Click 'Next' if you are satisfied.
    6. On the payment page, there are 3 sections:
      1. Apply Discount Code:
        You can apply the voucher code here and click 'Apply Discount' and you will see the deduction of your checkout amount in Order Summary.
      2. Order Summary:
        Order summary shows your total amount to pay, the discount deduction, product and quantity of the order in the cart, delivery address, and delivery charge. You can review the order summary before checkout.
      3. Payment Method:
        There are 4 different payment methods: Maybank QRPay, Credit Card/Debit Card, Online Banking, and eWallet. Please ensure the chosen payment method is active. If it is not active, the payment will be canceled and the voucher code may be voided. As for eWallet option, you must have an active registered eWallet account in the first place.
        • Maybank QRPay: It is suggested for you to place the order from two different devices. Upon clicking on the 'Place Order' button, it will direct you to scan the QR code to make payment. Upon payment made, you will receive an email notification once the payment is successful/unsuccessful.
        • Credit Card/Debit Card: You have to fill up the card detail and click ‘Place Order’. Once done, the page will divert you to the e-GHL page for payment verification and you shall receive an email notification from e-GHL once the payment has been made.
        • Online Banking: You can choose one of the banks available to proceed with the payment and the page will divert you to e-GHL and bank page for payment verification. You will receive an email notification once the payment is successful/unsuccessful.
        • eWallet: You can choose available eWallet, log in to the account to proceed with the payment. An e-mail notification will be given once the payment has been made.

It can be due to the reasons below:

  1. Incorrect username/password.
  2. Incorrect e-mail registration.
  3. Inactive e-mail OR e-mail is not registered.

Click 'Forgot password', and you will receive an activation link via e-mail to reset your password. Check your email inbox and junk/spam email too. If this still doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.

NO. You must have an account before checkout your order.

All we need is your contact details and shipping information. Signing up an account will give you more availability in keep track of your order history, newsletters and special promotion which we often offered to our registered customers.

The payment options that are currently available as below:

Kindly ensure the registered e-mail is correct. You may check the email in all mail, spam/junk, and promotion tab. It is recommended to use personal e-mail instead of company e-mail as the company email may block any external email sent to them.

Order Management

Our appointed third-party courier only allows to accept package with volumetric weight not more than 30 KG per order. Alternatively, you may place another order if you wish to add more quantities of the items.

We require your contact information which you have to update together with the shipping address for our reference, if we are unable to reach you via email.

You may download from your account as below:
Log in to your account, click 'Account' > click 'Account' > Click 'My Orders' > Click 'View Order' > Click ‘Invoices’ > Click 'Print Invoice'. You may save this file in PDF format.

Once we received your order, our team will promptly fulfill your order to ensure you will receive the parcel within the estimated timeframe given.
Therefore, once you are charged, we are unable to interfere with this process.
Worry not, if you feel unhappy with the items or no longer needed them once received them, you are free to request for return (term and condition apply). You can refer to Return FAQ for further details.

Shipping address/phone number cannot be amended after ordering to avoid your parcel getting misplace during transit due to misinformation. It is advisable for you to reconfirm the shipping address before placing an order.

SHIPMENT

Delivery

We are pleased to inform you that we already have our own third-parties reliable and efficient delivery services. So, any request for pre-arrange time delivery or request for specific delivery service provider cannot be processed.

You can try to add the product into your 'cart' and the shipping fee will be shown when you click 'View Cart' > 'Go to Checkout'. Payment is not required if only to check on the total checkout including shipping fee.

  1. There will be NO Express Delivery option for any order volumetric weight MORE than 2500 mm3 or 30KG.
  2. At this moment our express delivery service will only cater to addresses within the Klang Valley area.
  3. For any orders placed before 11 a.m, you will receive the items within the same day.
  4. For any orders placed after the cut off time of 11.01 a.m, you will receive the item by the next working day.
  5. The expected delivery time will range from 2:30pm to 8:00pm, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
  6. Should no-one be available to receive the parcel, the order will be forfeited and cancelled. Therefore, we will not refund you for any amount that you have spent on your order nor the express shipping fees.
  7. For any orders that were placed after the cut off time of 11.01 a.m on a Friday or on a working day before a Public Holiday, your item(s) will be processed on the following working day and your item(s) will be scheduled for delivery on that working day.

If you cannot track your shipment upon receiving the tracking number from us, kindly be informed that your shipment might have just been shipped out. You can check your shipment status within the next 24 hours.

Kindly be informed that we are unable to provide travel fare claim for the purpose of picking up order at the courier office.

For the time being, we only support local delivery within Malaysia.

The estimated ship dates are provided to us by the courier and are based on the courier’s shipping time. The best way to determine the status of your shipment is to check the tracking information. Kindly contact the courier with your tracking number to ask why this package has not been moved, otherwise, you may always reach us via chat for a faster response or contact our Customer Service for further assistance HERE.

>>Standard delivery (Peninsular Malaysia) :

  • The parcel will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days and the expected time of arrival is within 2-5 working days (Peninsular Malaysia). However, there will be additional 3-5 working days if the order is made during the promotional period due to a surge in online order volumes.

>>Standard delivery (East Malaysia) :

  • The parcel will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business days and the expected time of arrival is within 5-8 working days (Sabah/Sarawak). Delivery to rural areas may require additional 2-3 business days.

>>Express delivery :

  1. For any order placed before 12.30 PM on the business day:
    You will receive the parcel within the same day between 2.30 PM to 8.00 PM.
  2. For any order placed after the cut-off time of 12.30 PM on the business day:
    You will receive the parcel by the next business day between 2.30 PM to 8.00 PM.
  3. For any order placed after the cut off time of 12:30 pm on a Friday or on a working day before a Public Holiday:
    Your parcel will be processed on the following business day and it will be scheduled for delivery on that same business day.

You can view your parcel tracking number either via your registered email address or your MR. DIY account.

REGISTERED EMAIL:
The tracking number can be found via registered email from MR. DIY with the title: 'Ship Ship Hooray! Your MR.D.I.Y Online Store order #000xxxxxx is on its way!'. The tracking number will be given once we have successfully packed your order and ready for shipment.

ACCOUNT:
Upon login to your account, click on Account > Account > My Order > View Order > Order Shipment. Click on > Track this shipment to track your parcel.

GUEST CHECKOUT EMAIL:
For guest checkout, you will receive an email with the title: 'Your MR. D.I.Y. Order Has Shipped'. You will receive the tracking number in the email content once your parcel is ready to ship.

CLICK & COLLECT

Order Related

Any order placed via Click and Collect should be collected within 7 calendar days after it has successfully arrived at the selected MR. D.I.Y. Outlet. Should no one be available to collect the parcel, the order may be forfeited after the stipulated time given. Therefore, MR. D.I.Y. will not refund you any amount that you has spent on your order.

The parcel should be collected within 7 business days after it has successfully arrived at the selected MR. DIY store. Your entrusted family members or friends may collect the order on your behalf, as long as they are able to present the confirmation email to any MR. DIY team member at the selected MR. DIY stores.
Should no-one be available to collect the parcel, the order may be forfeited after the stipulated time given.

YES. Customer is eligible to enjoy this service with purchases which has a checkout value above RM30.00 with the limit of weight for each order, not more than 30 KG.

We do not recommend you to walk in without the email notification as your parcel may have yet to arrive at the store.

You MUST present a copy of notification email of your parcel arrival with a stated order number and tracking number. The softcopy/printed copy version of the notification e-mail are allowed for the store reference record.

Shipment

You will receive an email notification that your parcel has 'Arrived' or you can check the order status from your MR. DIY online account.

The online orders will be shipped out from the E-commerce warehouse and it is not a ready item from the outlet. Thus, you cannot collect the ordered item from the selected/nearest outlet before receive the email notification to collect the parcel.

The estimated time for your parcel to be delivered is within 5 - 10 working days. However, there will be additional 3-5 working days if the order is made during the promotional period due to the surge in online order volumes.

NO. We are unable to amend any shipping address to avoid from missing parcel and an additional shipping fee may be incurred (if applicable).

RETURN & REFUND

Return

YES, you can. You have to present the softcopy/physical copy of RMA approval e-mail at the cashier counter for their record.Refund process needs to go through Quality Control inspection and can only be approved over the counter.

You MUST send your request within 7 days from the day you received your parcel or parcel arrived at outlet. We shall not entertain for the return request more than 7 days, unless stated otherwise (for 1 Year-Warranty MR. DIY Premium electrical item with 1-Year warranty tag).

  1. Offline Exchange:
    Upon receiving the approval email from ecom_helpdesk@mrdiy2u.com or through your account, walk-in to any nearest MR. DIY store and exchange the return product with the similar/different product at similar/cheaper price by presenting the RMA approval email (softcopy or physical copy is acceptable) for the store record. If you wish to exchange your product with other higher price/expensive product, you are required to top up the additional differences amount.
  2. Online Refund:
    Upon receiving the approval email from ecom_helpdesk@mrdiy2u.com or through your account, walk-in to any nearest MR. DIY store and return the product. Show the RMA approval email (softcopy or physical copy is acceptable) to thr store PIC. The refund will be processed to your bank account within 7-14 working days upon receiving the returned parcel after inspection.

  1. Click on 'Account' after login.
  2. Click on 'My Orders'.
  3. Click 'Return'.
  4. Select which product you wish to return.
  5. Select the quantity of product you wish to return. Then, select your reason for return.
  6. Select the current product condition.
  7. Select the resolution you wish for the return product.
    ** If you made purchases without login into the account, you may request a return within the validity timeframe by sending an email to ecom_helpdesk@mrdiy2u.com with the above documents attached.

  • Exchange Offline: You can exchange the product at any MR. D.I.Y. Outlet within Malaysia before the expiry date together with the return approval email (RMA).
  • Refund Online: You can return the product at any MR. D.I.Y. Outlet within Malaysia before the expiry date together with the return approval email (RMA). We will process a refund for the returned product upon approval and you will receive the refund within 7-14 working days.

Refund

YES. Your refund can be transferred to another person’s bank account upon mutual agreement and bank number confirmation by the requester. MR. DIY will not be responsible to provide any form of compensation if the customers provide the wrong account numbers.

You can contact us HERE by providing the correct bank detail and information for us to process the refund. If the bank details given were incorrect, the payment could not be proceeded. Hence, you will be notified via e-mail. MR. DIY will not be responsible to provide any form of compensation if the customers provide the wrong account numbers.

The duration of the refund process is within 7 to 14 working days.

We will send a credit memo and an email to notify that certain products ordered are out of stocks. The refund will be done via credit card/eWallet or online banking, depending on the initial payment method of the order.
