Good news! We now have pick-up (self-collection service) at our Warehouse exclusive only for MR.DIY BUSINESS customers.

Day: Monday - Friday (Excluding Public Holiday)

Option (1) - Between 10.00 am to 12.00 pm
Option (2) - Between 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm
Place your order online at www.mrdiy.com.my/business. To be eligible for this service, you must place a minimum order of RM200.
Your order will be ready for pick-up within 3-5 business days from the order date. You will receive an email notification and a call from our staff when the order is ready.
This service is free-of-charge and there are no handling or delivery fees.

After this step, you may proceed to complete the check-out process and payment.
Once we receive your order, our warehouse staff will start picking and packing your orders. In our standard of service, the order will be ready within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email notification and a call from our staff when the order is ready for pick-up.
Please coordinate your transportation and inform our staff about your intended picking date and time via WhatsApp before collection for our preparation within 7-days from the pick-up notification. You may update us if there are any changes from your end.
Upon arriving at our warehouse, your delivery staff must register with our security personnel at the entrance. After that, your delivery staff need to inform our receptionist about the pick-up arrangement. Please be ready with the order confirmation document/email.
The loading bay is located right in front of the warehouse building.
