Order online at mrdiy.com.my/business for exclusive products and savings on delivery.
Orders placed by 12 p.m. (Monday to Friday) will be delivered within the next three business days. Free delivery for orders above RM150 with a weight limit of 20 kg per order.
Spend above RM200 for the pick-up option at our warehouse in Balakong, Selangor.
Place your order online, select a pick-up time, and collect your order upon receiving the notification email, with no extra fees. Additional express fulfillment fees apply for urgent orders.

What is MR. D.I.Y. Business?
MR. D.I.Y. Business is an e-commerce platform for business owners, companies, or even personal users to enjoy unbeatable wholesale prices for any products sold at retail stores, subject to conditions.
What is the discount rate that you will offer?
Up to 30% off for selected products, subject to conditions.
Is there any minimum purchase required?
Online order - No minimum purchase.
Wholesale Corporate Sales order - Minimum purchase of RM500 per order.
Why there are two different order fulfillment?
Online order - you can purchase directly from the online website based on the stock availability at the point of purchase.
Wholesale Corporate Sales order - If you require the product in a substantial quantity or if it's not accessible online, reaching out to our Corporate Sales Executive will be necessary to proceed with your order using manual order fulfillment.
Do you provide credit term? What is your payment method?
Currently, we do not extend credit term. We accept payment via credit/debit card, FPX Online Banking, and e-Wallet.
Can I reserve the products online and pay at some later time?
We do not practice reservation order for online purchase. The payment should be done upon placing the order.
Do you offer Free Shipping and what are the criteria to entitle this offer?
We provide Free Shipping to Peninsular Malaysia on all orders. For Business accounts, the minimum checkout value is RM150, with a minimum weight of 20 KG. However, orders delivered to East Malaysia and Singapore will incur shipping fees based on the applicable shipping table rate.
Can I request for split delivery to the different delivery address for one order?
Apologies, you can't have two delivery addresses in one order. Please place two separate orders if you have two delivery addresses.
Can I request to deliver to the nearest MR. DIY Stores/MR. DIY Click and Collect Outlets?
We do not deliver wholesale orders to any MR.DIY Stores due to space restriction.
Does the business account offer express delivery options?
Upon receiving your order, we will process and ship it within 3 to 5 working days. The estimated delivery time depends on the courier service and your location:
West Malaysia: 4 to 6 working days
East Malaysia: 5 to 8 working days
Singapore: 5 to 8 working days

Is there any maximum limit for volumetric weight and physical weight per order?
There are no weight restrictions that apply to an individual order. However, each parcel is subject to a 30 KG weight limit. Therefore, please be informed that any order that has weight more than 30 KG, it will be split into smaller parcels (30 KG each).
The shipping fee for the additional KGs will be calculated in accordance with the shipping table rate. Please contact our customer service if you have any further queries about the shipping fee.
How long is your product warranty?
Upon arrival, the purchased product entitle with warranty:
a) All products - 7 days
b) Power tools - 6 month
c) Home appliances - 1 year
What should I do if the item that I received is damaged or incorrect?
Kindly chat or email us at ecom_helpdesk@mrdiy2u.com with your order details and pictures of the damaged goods. We will respond within one business day. For more details, you may refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
